INSTRUCTIONS
Submission Guidelines
Word Limits
Structured abstract: 300 words max. Case report: 250 words max. No references in the abstract body.
Structure
Background/Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Each section clearly labelled. All sections required for original research.
Presentation Types
Indicate your preference: Oral presentation (12 min + 3 min Q&A) or Poster presentation. Final allocation is at committee discretion.
Ethical Compliance
Research must comply with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethics committee approval and trial registration numbers required where applicable.
Conflicts of Interest
All authors must declare conflicts of interest. Undisclosed conflicts result in automatic rejection. Industry funding must be stated.
Submission Language
Abstracts must be submitted in English. Translations are not provided. Authors are responsible for language quality.

Submission
Submit your abstract via the online portal. You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately.
Editorial Check
Our editorial team checks for compliance with guidelines within 5 business days. Non-compliant submissions are returned for revision.
Double-Blind Review
Compliant abstracts are assigned to two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Author identities are concealed.
Committee Decision
The Scientific Programme Committee reviews reviewer scores and makes the final accept/reject/revision decision.
Author Notification
Authors receive a decision email with detailed reviewer feedback by 31 August 2026.
Final Submission
Accepted authors submit their final abstract, register for the conference, and receive presentation instructions.
